About Us

Mt. Summit is a small town located on State Road 36 in Indiana. It has 2.3 miles of road in its small community but is expanding. A new addition has been annexed into this community, almost doubling its size.

Our Board Members

Our town President is currently Gregg Kissick of the South side of Mt. Summit. Les Austin is our board member representing the NOrth end of Mt. Summit, and last, but certainly not least, is Max Lines representing the central part of our town.

OUR UTILITIES

Mt. Summit has its own water system which has recently been given an $860,000.00 grant which to improve and add to its badly needed system. We have also finalized a $255,000.00 loan for this project. Later on, you will be able to see pictures of the old and the new.

We also have our own sewer system which is combined with Sulphur Springs known as Summit Springs Regional Waste District.
